The bespoke service on clothing makes that item non refund/ exchange possible as it’s, of course, made just for your body, made for you with love.
Our tailoring team work carefully on each piece, in the order that it’s received. You should allow up to 7 – 10 days for this. When the item is received, we will try our best for the perfect fit, but of course as it’s not made in person with a tailor on your body, it may take 2 attempts to get it just right for you.
